Refund Policy

1. Design Consultancy Services

Payments for discovery sessions and spatial briefings are non-refundable. Design-only packages are billed upon drawing completion and client sign-off.

2. Turnkey Execution Contracts

Custom materials — veneers, cut marble, factory modules — cannot be refunded once production or dispatch begins. Milestone payments lock at the stage defined in your agreement.

3. AMC Support Services

Annual maintenance contracts may be cancelled with 30 days notice. Unused support cycles are refunded pro-rata.
