What grade of wood and boards do you use for kitchens and wet areas?

Do you handle safety and fire-retardant compliance for corporate offices?

What is the difference between laminate, acrylic, and veneer finishes?
Laminates are synthetic paper-resin sheets pressed onto wood cores, offering high durability and cost efficiency. Acrylics are premium polymer sheets providing a high-gloss, mirror-like finish that is highly scratch-resistant. Veneers are thin slices of real wood pressed onto panels, offering the natural grain, texture, and luxurious aesthetic of solid timber.
What is included in the annual maintenance contract (AMC)?
Our Interior AMC covers biannual checkups, cabinet hinge alignment adjustments, drawer runner lubrication, silicon sealing refreshes for stone joints, minor electrical checks, and touch-up wood polishing. It ensures your high-end workspace or home remains in pristine condition for years.
Can I hire Interior Outlook only for design services?
Yes. Under our 'Design-Only Consultancy' package, we deliver complete 2D layout plans, detailed 3D spatial renders, MEP service layouts, and a comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQ). You are free to hire independent vendors for execution using our reference documents.
Do you provide safety and compliance certifications post-handover?
Yes. Upon final project delivery, we hand over testing and compliance certifications. These include electrical insulation certificates, HVAC balancing reports, fire alarm integrity test sheets, and structural material test certificates for corporate safety clearances.
