Civil & MEP Challenges
The site was a narrow, high-ceiling layout with poor natural light. We needed to design custom vertical steel structures and lighting panels that emphasize product displays without looking cluttered.
The Design & Sourcing Strategy
We utilized a high-contrast theme of dark charcoal walls with warm brass trims and track lighting. Customer flow was structured in a loop configuration to optimize brand engagement.
Premium Materials Specified
Custom powder-coated structural steel, high-performance LED track lights, premium anti-scratch laminates, and clear toughened display glass.
